12 mm Spacer for the Core Skills Trainer

You may need more than one spacer. 

It is important that the Sender Core Skills Trainer snugly holds your rear tyre to avoid damaging the machine or your tyre. You can increase or decrease the air pressure in your rear tyre for additional adjustment and fit.

These blocks are needed to join 2 x Tabletops together. If you buy a Double Tabletop set they come as standard.

This product is essential if you have a single table already and buy a second table at a later date. 

You may also need to replace lost blocks and bolts.

Our Compression Roller allows riders to learn the skills involved in approaching and surmounting a feature as well as rolling up to, over and compressing out of a feature. 

Our Standard Range is made from Birch Plywood Sides and Birch Core Phenolic Plywood Surfaces. We use Stainless Steel Fixings through-out. You must treat the exposed plywood with deck preservative once purchased and at least annually. We recommend keeping equipment inside.

Once we receive your Vector Logo File we will email you with the cost to work with this file and make it possible to cut on the CNC Machine. As long as the logo does not change this artwork fee is a one off, and the logo kept on file for repeat orders.

If we have provided an estimate for the time it will take to import, present and communicate the solution to you in an email please select this option and add it to your cart. This product will not incur additional postage.

If you do not have a vector file of your logo or the logo is very complex or poor quality we may suggest some changes so it looks good or fits nicely on the products. It may also take a lot longer to import and work with. The better the file quality the less expensive the artwork charge will be as it will be quicker and easier to work with. THIS IS THE 12MM SPACER FOR THE MININ MACHINE ONLY.

Every Manual Machine now comes with 1 x 9mm Spacer as Standard.

Use this simple 12mm spacer to narrow the wheel gap.

You may need an another spacer but we do not recommend using more than two spacers in one machine.One either side of the tyre!

We also sell 9mm and 18 mm spacers increasing the ability to find the correct fit across Manual Machines and Wheel sizes and tyre widths.

Grip Blocs are absolutely mega for destroying the forearms and building that elusive grip strength. Developed for climbing they are every bit as relevant for training for Mountain Biking. Build your strength through this winter season and the dark months so your arms aren't screaming next season on those big descents.

You get two Grip Blocs. One for each hand. Choose a grip position which increases in 10 mm steps. Simultaneously lift a weight off the floor which is attached to the blocs by the strap provided. Hold the weight off the floor until failure and repeat either the same weight over several repetitions, or increase the weight or change the grip position. It is possible to do front raises, side raises, front holds and the most evil of exercises the wrist rotation. 

The heavier you go the more strength you develop. The lighter and longer the more stamina you build. An easy exercise watching your favourite Youtube DH or Enduro films....

You need to buy disk weights in 1 or 0.5 kg increments easy found in most super stored for minimal cost.

Just hook up and pinch like a DEMON.
