Front wheel lift and good weight transfer is FUNDAMENTAL to climbing over obstacles, dropping and jumping. In BMX RACING no manual - no win. The art of Manualling is always going to be on every riders MUST DO list.

This simple device is adjustable, compact and portable. It is adjustable to all wheel sizes UP TO 80mm or 3.14 Inch.

We have not had a SINGLE REPORT of a damaged wheel because it has been DESIGNED to SUPPORT your wheel yet FLEX as you practice reducing peak loading.

A good fit provides you with EXCELLENT support while you practice front wheel lift for the first time and practice can easily be made more challenging and realistic by removing spacers. This increases lateral movement.

NEW resistance band points attached to handlebars help beginners FIND and HOLD the balance position whilst training. THIS can be used with the loop-out strap to create a first steps an easy first PROGRESSION.

The PLATFORMS give a FANTASTIC base to mount and dismount in relative safety. The ESSENTIAL LOOP-OUT strap gives full support and CONFIDENCE when it is needed and can be removed as you MASTER new skills.

You can use the decks as an anchor point for Resistance Band Training. You can quickly attach our BIKE STAND to store your bike vertically on the Trainer OR turn the Trainer into a HOME WORK STATION!

STANDARD SKILLS TRAINER - Solid Construction made from 18mm MDF sides and Birch Core Phenolic Plywood Grip Surface Decks. Perfect for light to medium home Indoor use. Can be used outside but never left outside or used in the rain untreated.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:

The Service Station - This folding tower allows you to mount  your own wall mounted bike clamp and service your bike using the CST as a platform.

IMPORTANT:

All exposed wood must be treated with a LOW VOC Water Based Clear Decking Protector before use. You must SELF ASSEMBLE - Approx 30 mins

CAUTION:

Always use the trainer wearing gloves and a helmet and NEVER clip into your bike. Always have plenty of clear fall space with spectators out of the fall zone.
